I'm Georgina, a mum of two boys living and working in Hertford. I come from a dance and education background and turned my love for Pilates into career.
I studied with Future Fit School of Pilates and qualified as a level 3 Mat Pilates specialist, certified in Pilates for small equipment, Pilates for common orthopaedic conditions and Pre & Post-natal fitness. I am also a qualified Nutrition for weight loss adviser, a certified level 2 fitness instructor and certified barre instructor.
Pilates helped me re-strengthen my core and pelvic floor muscles after my second baby in 2017, it helped me lose my baby weight and more. Pilates restores control of your body and teaches you how to focus inwards and become more aware of your body. It offers the opportunity to learn how to gain mindful control of your core muscles. I honestly believe that everyone would benefit from doing Pilates.
