I'm Georgina, owner of Core Control Pilates Hertford, a mum of two boys living and working in Hertford. I come from a dance and education background and turned my love for Pilates into a career.
I studied with Future Fit School of Pilates and qualified as a level 4 Mat Pilates specialist, certified in Pilates for small equipment, Pilates for common orthopedic conditions, and Pre & Post-natal Pilate and Reformer Pilates. I am also a qualified Nutrition for weight loss adviser, a certified level 2 fitness instructor, and a certified barre instructor.
Pilates helped me re-strengthen my core and pelvic floor muscles after my second baby in 2017, it helped me lose my baby weight and more. Pilates restores control of your body and teaches you how to focus inwards and become more aware of your body. It offers the opportunity to learn how to gain mindful control of your core muscles. I honestly believe that everyone would benefit from doing Pilates classes.

I'm Holly and I attended Tring Park, School of Performing Arts, where I trained in all techniques of dance, including Ballet, Contemporary and Musical Theatre. It was at Tring that I was introduced to Pilates and it became an important part of my training. I then went on to work professionally as a dancer and choreographer. Throughout my training and career I have used Pilates to protect my body and to rehabilitate after injuries. I went on to train with Body Arts and Science International (BASI) gaining qualifications for Mat and Reformer Pilates.
