All classes are held at The Mill House in Hertford. Classes are kept small so your instructor can give you the attention you need to ensure you are getting the most out of each class.
Online Zoom classes are mixed ability, with lots of modifications offered to regress and progress the exercises. Small equipment is sometimes used, but it is not essential. Alternative options will be given. So no need to buy anything.
Core Control Pilates also offers an on demand monthly subscription.
To fully take advantage of Pilates as a mind/ body fitness method, then following a healthy, balanced diet is important. I have created monthly recipe packs including ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner. These are available to buy in my shop.
Having a private 1:1 or 2:1 session is perfect if you can't make group classes or have a particular goal in mind. You may be recovering from an injury or need to work on one particular group of muscles, whether it's the pelvic floor muscles or gluteals.
